About 1,000 people have already taken a survey to give their input for the 2030 community vision plan and there’s still time left for others to do the same.
The survey is online at christiancountyvision.org and the questions are regarding your vision for the community for the next 10 years and how would you make that vision happen.
DeAnna Sova with the Vision Plan Task Force says it’s really about what do you want Hopkinsville and Christian County to look like in 2030.
Tom Bell also serves on the task force and says they need everyone’s perspective.
He notes that big things have come out of previous vision plans for the community.
The deadline to submit ideas is October 7 and two people who participate will have their names drawn for a $250 Visa gift card.
