A man sought on a warrant was arrested Saturday at the Pennyrile Apartments and he had additional charges added.
Officers went to an apartment to locate 52-year old Steven Haas of Hopkinsville and were told he was inside the attic.
Haas would not comply with commands to come out and allegedly punched holes in barriers in the attic to make his way into another unit of the building where he did not have permission to be.
An arrest citation says Haas complied with officers when he heard a K9 arrive in the home.
He was arrested on the warrant for contempt of court and was charged with second-degree burglary and resisting arrest.
