An inmate who escaped from a Tennessee prison last week has been captured following a five-day search.
The Tennessee Department of Corrections said 44-year-old Curtis Ray Watson is back in custody. Watson was seen early Sunday morning on surveillance in Henning, about an hour northeast of Memphis. He’s accused of killing a prison administrator and then escaping on a tractor. Watson had been serving time on aggravated kidnapping charges.
