Additional information has been released on a wreck from Sunday morning at Fort Campbell Boulevard and Skyline Drive.
It happened a few minutes after 9 a.m., according to the report from Hopkinsville police, which says 49-year old David Diamond of Hopkinsville had a green light to cross Fort Campbell Boulevard from Old Clarksville Pike to Skyline Drive on his motorcycle when he was struck by a southbound car operated by 76-year old Kenneth Blosser of Hopkinsville.
Blosser told police he didn’t notice his light was red until the last moment and unsuccessfully attempted to stop.
Diamond was taken by EMS to Tennova Health Hospital for multiple, non-life-threatening injuries.
