The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to close a section of KY 800-Crofton Dawson Road in Christian County on Friday.
According to a news release, the road will be closed between the 5 and 6 mile marker to allow a cross drain to be replaced. This closure is along KY 800 about half a mile west of the Crofton community. The roadway at this site is expected to close at approximately 7 a.m. and is expected to reopen to traffic around 2 p.m. the same day.
There will be no marked detour. Motorists are urged to use appropriate caution in the area where equipment and personnel will be close to the roadway.
