A car traveling in the wrong direction on Interstate 65 collided with a Greyhound bus Thursday morning, killing one person and injuring several others.
It happened on Interstate 65 in Hart County, Kentucky — between Bonnieville and Munfordville.
State police say a person in the car was killed. The bus driver was critically injured. About a half dozen passengers on the bus were treated for minor injuries.
Trooper Jeremy Hodges says it’s not known why the car was traveling north in the southbound lanes.
Southbound lanes of the interstate were closed all morning as police investigated the crash.
