Vanderbilt coach Jerry Stackhouse is reaching into the local high school ranks for an assistant coach. Stackhouse has hired Memphis Whitehaven head coach Faragi Phillips, who guided the Tigers to a 25-and-8 record this season and a semifinal appearances in the Three-A playoffs.
