Steve Stricker won the weather delayed PGA Tour Champions Regions Tradition Monday in Birmingham. Stricker finished at 18 under par, six shots better than David Toms, Billy Andrade and Paul Goydos. Franklin’s Kenny Perry withdrew before the final round while Paducah’s Russ Cochran tied for 53rd at four over par. Union native Steve Flesch tied for 12th at seven under.
