Three of the four suspects charged in connection with incidents that led to the shooting of Hopkinsville Police Officer Jeremy Davidson on February 19th were arraigned Wednesday morning in Christian Circuit Court.

Anthony Johnson, September Neblett and Autumn Neblett appeared in court from the jail via video-conferencing and Judge John Atkins accepted not guilty pleas for each.

Johnson and the alleged shooter, Keith Kuzyk, are also federally indicted on gun and carjacking charges. Commonwealth’s Attorney Rick Boling said Wednesday he wants to move Johnson’s case along as quickly as possible with a federal detainer on him.

Judge John Atkins also set the Nebletts’ next court dates for May 29th at 8:30 a.m.

Kuzyk was not arraigned Wednesday.

Johnson is charged with felony receiving stolen property and fleeing or evading police. Autumn Neblett and September Neblett are indicted for complicity to robbery and receiving stolen property, with Autumn also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Their charges are connected to the alleged carjacking at Walmart that led to two pursuits.

Officer Davidson was shot in the arm and head at the end of one of those pursuits on North Drive near Sanderson Drive and was treated and released from Skyline Medical Center.
