Former University Heights and current Murray State golfer Anna Moore has been chosen as Ohio Valley Conference Women’s Golfer of the Week.
Moore won medalist honors at the Morehead State Citrus Challenge held at the Red Tail Golf Club in Sorrento, Florida earlier this week. She carded rounds of 70-70-72 to finish at 212 (-4) and top the field of 55 by six shots.
Her performance helped the Murray State to a first-place team finish (by 21 shots) in a field of nine, which marked the third title of the year for the Racers. Moore currently ranks 10th in the OVC in stroke average (76.6).
