The Hopkinsville Lady Tigers saw their season end last night in a 46-36 loss to Madisonville. Hopkinsville led the game 30-21 late in the third quarter before Madisonville went on a 25-6 run. The Lady Tigers were led in scoring by Yogi McKnight with 14 points with Donisha Flowers adding nine points and 10 rebounds. Hopkinsville finishes the season 17-16.
Madisonville was led in scoring by Cameron Lagrange with 12 points. She was one of three Lady Maroons in double figures as they improved to 22-7.
Henderson County crushed Trigg County 68-27 in the opening game. The Lady Colonels are now 16-8 on the season while Trigg County concludes 15-16. Henderson County meets Madisonville in the first semifinal game Monday night at 6 at Crittenden County.
