As Cincinnati Reds pitchers and catchers begin Spring Training workouts today in Goodyear, AZ, MLB.com reports new Reds skipper David Bell as saying pitcher Michael Lorenzen could get some at bats and outfield time in the spring. Bell says the outfield time would likely come in the second half of spring workouts. Lorenzen batted .290 in 54 games last season with four home runs, two of them as a pinch hitter.
