A wreck Friday afternoon at South Virginia and East 21st Street sent a Hopkinsville woman to the hospital.
Hopkinsville Police Officer Cory Smith investigated and determined 73-year old Mary Hodge of Cadiz was stopped with traffic on South Virginia when she was rear-ended by a southbound car driven by 23-year old James Utley of Elkton.
A passenger in Utley’s car, 26-year old Mykaell Duncan of Hopkinsville, was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for back pain.
