The Waste Management Phoenix Open begins today with more than 700-thousand fans expected to attend the four day event at TPC Scottsdale. Among those in the field are Franklin’s Kenny Perry along with fellow Kentuckians Justin Thomas and JB Holmes along with Nashville’s Brandt Snedeker.
