Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry was named the AFC Offensive Player of the Month for December today. During December, Henry rushed for 625 yards and eight touchdowns in 97 carries. In back to back games against the Jacksonville Jaguars and New York Giants, Henry broke the franchise record for rushing yards with 408, breaking Earl Campbell’s record of 405 yards.
Henry also set a franchise record with 238 yards in the Jacksonville game and piled up 170 yards a week later in the win over New York. The Titans finished the season 9-7.
