Hopkinsville Police are investigating the theft of equipment from a job site on North Campbell Street.
Someone stole two chainsaws, two impact guns and several other tools with a combined value of about $2,400 in the last couple weeks. The equipment had been inside locked bins, according to the police report.
The equipment belongs to 5 Star Electric of Clay, Kentucky.
