Eastbound lanes of I-24 were shut down Wednesday afternoon by a multi-vehicle wreck on I-24 in Marshall County.
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Spokesman Keith Todd says it happened on the eastbound side near the 27 mile-marker shortly after noon.
Multiple law enforcement and first responder agencies were on scene, with no word yet on how many people were injured.
