Greenville Police have arrested a man who was allegedly in a sexual relationship with a 13-year old girl.
A news release says investigation determined 19-year old Dustin Blair of Beechmont recently met the victim through an online dating website.
Blair was arrested and charged with second-degree rape, three counts of second-degree sodomy and third-degree sexual abuse.
