Tuesday’s HS Basketball Scores

Boys: Hopkinsville opened its season falling at Paducah Tilghman 80-65. The Tigers were led in scoring by Don Victor with 18, Jacarius Burks added 11 and Alijah Watts pitched in 10. Hopkinsville returns to action on the road Friday in Clarksville at Kenwood High.

Other scores: Fort Campbell eased by Clarksville Christian 58-50, Clarksville Academy drubbed Todd Central 63-43, Hopkins Central edged McLean County 63-62, Trigg County slid by Dawson Springs 63-55, Madisonville defeated Daviess County 70-64, Lyon County over Caldwell County 77-66, Muhlenberg County got by Marshall County 53-48.

McCracken County topped Livingston Central 84-49, Webster County dumped Crittenden County 75-36, Warren East over Metcalfe County 71-56 and Allen County Scottsville over South Warren 71-61.

Girls: Hopkinsville defeated Calloway County 60-41, Muhlenberg County cruised by Christian County 63-53, Hopkins Central over University Heights 57-45, Clarksville Academy routed Todd Central 53-30, Clarksville Christian topped Fort Campbell 61-11, Caldwell County over Lyon County 48-40, Paducah Tilghman edged Trigg County 62-59.

Madisonville trounced Union County 59-42, McCracken County drubbed Livingston Central 61-22, Metcalfe County eased by Warren East 63-56, South Warren topped Allen County Scottsville 52-42 and Webster County defeated Bowling Green 52-44.
