KSP Cram the Cruiser Campaign comes to Hopkinsville

Kentucky State Police is in the midst of its Cram the Cruiser campaign to help families in need this Christmas season and a trooper was at the Hopkinsville Food Lion Wednesday.

Trooper Michael Dennis says they collect non-perishable foods at various locations and distribute them through local food banks to those who need help.

He says it’s just one charitable effort KSP Makes each year to help Kentucky families.

Trooper Dennis will be at Food Lion until about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

KSP Post 2 will be at the Market Place in Madisonville from 9 until 2 Friday and at the Kroger in Powderly from 10 until 3:30 Saturday.

A trooper from Post 1 will be at Hancock’s Neighborhood Market in Cadiz from 10 until 3 on Friday.

You can also drop off donations of non-perishable foods to the KSP posts in Madisonville and Mayfield through December 10th.
