One arrested, two sought in Clarksville murder

Clarksville police have arrested one man and are searching for two others in relation to the shooting death of Antorious Gallion that occurred Monday night.

According to a news release, police arrested 23-year old Cedrick Stacker on charges of criminal homicide and lodged him in the Montgomery County Jail. The search continues for 26-year old Vincent Bryan “Rabbit” Merriweather and 25-year old Marques Lamarr “Cheez” Kelly.

As previously reported, the initial call came in at about 7:40 p.m. as a wreck with injuries, but police soon determined shots had been fired from another car, with one bullet striking Gallion. He was taken to a Nashville hospital, where he died from his injuries.

His vehicle overturned and a female passenger was treated for back pain at a local hospital and a second male passenger was taken to be checked out. Anyone with information on the shooting or the suspects is asked to call Clarksville Crime Stoppers at 931-645-TIPS.
