Clarksville Police have released the name of the man shot to death while driving his vehicle on Warfield Boulevard Monday night.
The 22-year old has been identified as Antorius Gallion of Clarksville
The initial call came in at about 7:40 p.m. as a wreck with injuries, but police soon determined shots had been fired from another car, with one bullet striking Gallion. He was taken to a Nashville hospital, where he died from his injuries.
His vehicle overturned and a female passenger was treated for back pain at a local hospital and a second male passenger was taken to be checked out.
A news release says police have some solid leads, but they are not currently looking for any suspects. It reportedly does not appear the shooter was a stranger to the victim. The investigation continues and anyone with information is asked to call Clarksville Crime Stoppers at 931-645-8477.
