A man from Ledbetter, Kentucky is facing felony theft charges in Christian County.
According to a report from the Christian County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to a reported theft in progress in the 4500 block of Madisonville Road. Upon arrival, deputies reportedly witnessed 34-year old Jonathon McGuire of Ledbetter removing car parts from a vehicle in the lot.
The owner of the lot told deputies that McGuire did not have permission to be on the lot or to take any parts from the vehicles. McGuire was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking over $500.
