Western Kentucky’s Josh Anderson was arrested early Thursday morning on a charge of second degree disorderly conduct. According to Bowling Green Police, officers responded to a parking lot at Hilltop Club Apartments where a large crowd of people were. Officers asked the crowd to disperse but Anderson refused.
