Bluegrass Preps weekly polls find Beechwood first in Class A with Crittenden County ranked seventh. Mayfield is number one in Class 2-A, Caldwell County is sixth and Paducah Tilghman is seventh in Class 3-A where Boyle County is at the top of the poll.
Franklin Simpson is second, Madisonville is seventh and Logan County is ninth in Class 4-A with Johnson Central number one. Covington Catholic is still atop the Class 5-A poll with South Warren second, Bowling Green is fifth and Owensboro is seventh. Frederick Douglass is first in Class 6-A.
