Madisonville police seeking robbery suspects

 

The Madisonville Police Department is investigating a home invasion robbery that occurred on North Seminary Street Thursday.

According to a news release, the two male victims were at home asleep when they were woken up by a white female suspect rummaging through their belongings. She is described as being around 30 years old with shoulder length hair, bare foot and carrying white shoes.

A struggle started between her and one of the victims over a wallet and she allegedly knocked on a window and two black male suspects who were waiting outside entered the apartment by beating down the door. One suspect is described as standing approximately 6 feet tall, with a heavy build and an afro hair style, beard and mustache.  The other suspect is described as standing 6 feet tall with a thin build.

One of the victims was assaulted during the incident but refused medical treatment. The suspects got away with a cellphone and an undisclosed amount of cash.
