Elkton’s HarvestFest had a good turnout for what was likely the warmest day in the event’s history.
Todd County Welcome Center Director Charlotte Myers was very pleased with how the day had gone Saturday afternoon.
HarvestFest has often been plagued by cold and wet weather, but the sunny and hot conditions meant a very good day for the vendors.
There were 84 booths around the Elkton Public Square, including many individuals who will be on the November general election ballot who shook hands and spoke with voters.
