An investigation by Madisonville Police has led to a murder indictment being returned against a Muhlenberg County woman.
The grand jury indicted 55-year old Kimberly Cunningham of Greenville in connection with the October, 2016 killing of Moyer Pleasant.
She was served with the indictment while incarcerated in the Daviess County Jail on unrelated charges.
