Riley Fort will represent Christian County at the Distinguished Young Women of Kentucky competition in January after winning the local competition Sunday in Hopkinsville.
In addition to being the overall winner, Fort also shared the interview award with Lynzee Lacy, the scholastic award with Emerson Barlow, the talent award with Sadie Edwards and the self-expression award with Syndi Henagan.
Henagan was also the overall first-runner-up and shared the fitness award with Aaliyah Mulero.
Edwards was second-runner-up and was the sole recipient of the over-achiever award.
Lacy was awarded third-runner-up.
The Be Your Best Self Essay contest award winner was Juliana Gregory.
All of the winners received scholarship money for their achievements.
