Todd County residents are being encouraged to participate in the health department’s Community Health Assessment Survey.
Jen Harris is the director of the Todd County Health Department and says obesity and substance abuse were the two issues that came up most the last time the survey was conducted in 2013.
Committees and partnering agencies went to work and those have been the issues where the focus was placed.
Harris says the survey is important for the health department to know what Todd County residents believe are the most pressing problem areas.
