Additional details have been released on a head-on collision Sunday morning on Old Madisonville Road.
The collision report from Deputy Sean Head says 61-year old Eddie Lamb of Hopkinsville was southbound when he crossed the center line and struck a northbound car driven by 73-year old Juanita Grosskoph of Hopkinsville head-on.
Lamb was taken by ambulance to the Air Evac helipad and then flown to a Nashville hospital.
Grosskoph complained of soreness, but did not go to the hospital.
