A vehicle stolen in Hopkinsville was recovered near Grand Rivers Saturday night and a Princeton man was behind the wheel.
State Trooper Nathaniel Day stopped the 1996 Ford Ranger a few minutes after 7 p.m. as the driver, 45-year old Jackie Lady of Princeton, was allegedly under the influence.
Further investigation determined the pickup had been reported stolen in Hopkinsville.
Lady was arrested and charged with his second DUI, felony theft and receiving stolen property.
