Madisonville Police have made an arrest in connection with an alleged stabbing incident.
Officers were called to the Baptist Health emergency room regarding an assault that happened at 365 Lawrence Street about 11:20 a.m. Saturday.
A news release says 20-year old Dimantasia Kimbrew of Madisonville told officers she was stabbed in the arm by 32-year old Bridget Miller of the Lawrence Street address.
Miller reportedly admitted she had been in a fight with Kimbrew and that she did stab her. Miller was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
