A Lewisburg man was indicted by a Logan County Grand Jury on a rape charge Friday.
Twenty-one year old Wilbur Yoder is charged with first degree rape and sexual misconduct. As previously reported, deputies were called to Les McReynolds Road last month to investigate a possible sexual assault against a 16-year old female and the investigation led to Yoder’s arrest.

Meanwhile, 23-year old Kevin Dykeman of Olmstead was indicted on numerous charges—including second-degree arson, criminal mischief, leaving the scene of an accident and his second DUI.
