A Princeton woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Hopkins County Friday at the intersection of KY 109 and Huckleberry Road.
According to a news release from the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department, investigation determined that 21-year old Emma Riley of Princeton was travelling north on KY 109 when she lost control of her vehicle in the curve. The vehicle exited the roadway and struck a concrete culvert.
Riley was pronounced deceased at the scene by Hopkins County Coroner Dennis Mayfield. Deputies were assisted at the scene by Charleston Volunteer Fire Department and Medical Center Ambulance Service.
