Madisonville man arrested for burglary, felony theft

Madisonville Police arrested a man Sunday accused of committing multiple thefts and burglaries.

A news release says 36-year old Micahel Dees of Madisonville forced his way into National Home Furnishings on South Main Street and took a riding mower and air compressor. Further investigation determined that Dees had allegedly stolen several lawn mowers from Butler’s True Value in Madisonville earlier this month.

Dees was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary, two counts of felony theft and criminal trespassing.
