The SEC announced its football preseason picks on Friday. Kentucky is picked to finish fifth in the East Division with Georgia picked to win the division. Tennessee is picked sixth and Vanderbilt seventh. Alabama is the favorite to win the West.
Kentucky running back Benny Snell was named First Team All SEC with tight end CJ Conrad named to the third team. On defense, linebacker Josh Allen and defensive back Mike Edwards were named to the second team.
