Hoppers fall at Muhlenberg County

Despite Blake Jackson’s 15th home run of the season, the Hoptown Hoppers fell at Muhlenberg County last night 9-7. The Stallions used a five run sixth inning to get the win. Matt Keane was the only Hopper with two hits and Brian Coffey suffered his first pitching loss of the season. Despite the loss, the Hoppers remain three games ahead of Paducah in the OVL West Division.

The Hoppers begin a six game, four day home stand this evening hosting Dubois County at 7:05, with pregame at 6:45 on News Radio 95.3 FM/1230 AM WHOP and whopam.com.
