Elsewhere in the OVL: Fulton had an 18-0 lead in the first of a twin bill with Muhlenberg County before losing 21-20. The Railroaders won the nightcap 3-1. Dubois County defeated Henderson 6-2 and Owensboro routed Madisonville 17-7.
Tonight in the OVL: Muhlenberg County goes to Dubois County for a doubleheader, Owensboro goes to Paducah and Madisonville hosts Fulton.
OVL Standings: The Hoppers still top the West Division at 15-11 and lead 15-14 Paducah by a game and a half, Madisonville at 13-15 is three games back and Fulton is 9-20 and 7 ½ back.
Owensboro continues to lead the East Division at 19-8, Dubois County at 17-12 is three games back, Henderson is 15-13 and 4 ½ games off the pace and Muhlenberg County at 8-18 is 10 ½ games off the lead.
