The Muhlenberg County Stallions ended a four game losing streak with a 6-1 over the Hoptown Hoppers last night.
Stallion pitchers held the Hoppers without a run until the ninth inning when Blake Jackson smacked his eighth home run of the season. Aidan Elias had two of the Hoppers five hits and Trey Fortner took the pitching loss.
The Hoppers are back in action at Colonel Field this afternoon hosting the Paducah Chiefs in a doubleheader at 5, with pregame at 4:45 on News Radio 95.3 FM/1230 AM WHOP and whopam.com.
