AT&T and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Hopkinsville-Christian County are working together to support area students through the expansion of workforce development and college readiness programs.
A news release says AT&T’s $10,000 contribution supports the project as part of AT&T Aspire, the company’s initiative to help provide access to education and training people need to get and keep good jobs.
Boys and Girls Club Executive Director Terrence Davis is quoted as saying, “One of the core areas of focus for the Boys & Girls Club is education, and through the support of corporate citizens like AT&T we are better positioned to maximize impact for local students.”
Through its Aspire initiative, AT&T helps provide access to the education and training people need to get and keep good jobs.
