Two indicted for assault, criminal mischief

Two Hopkinsville residents were indicted by a Christian County Grand Jury on charges of assault, and attempted assault in relation to the same incidents.

According to court documents, 22-year old Stacey Przewoznik and 37-year old Brandon Harris, both of Hopkinsville were indicted on charges of second-degree assault, criminal mischief and second-degree attempted assault. Harris is additionally indicted for fourth-degree assault and terroristic threatening.

The indictments allege that on February 4, Harris and Przewoznik caused over $1,000 worth of damages to the victim’s vehicle by striking it with bottles and a pipe as she stopped at a residence to drop off a rider. Harris allegedly tried to hit the victim’s daughter in the head with a bottle and hit the victim instead.

Przewoznik allegedly attempted to hit the victim as well, but missed and hit the vehicle. The victim reportedly had to receive medical treatment for her injuries.

Both are also charged with assaulting the same victim on March 29 and causing serious physical injury.

Indicted for third-degree burglary and criminal mischief is 55-year old Richard McGregor Jr., who is alleged to have entered a business of the victim and forced his way into an office in March. He allegedly stole a bag of cleaning supplies and broke into an arcade gaming machine, stealing money.
