A single vehicle accident early Saturday morning on Commerce Court injured the driver.
It happened about 12:30 a.m., according to the report from Hopkinsville Police, which says 23-year old Keosha Robinson of Oak Grove was westbound when she said an animal ran into her path.
She swerved to miss the animal, then swerved back to the right and lost control of her car. It rolled off the road and through a ditch before finally coming to rest.
Robinson was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.
