A man who allegedly threatened to kill his girlfriend Wednesday morning was arrested by Hopkinsville Police.
Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at 302 South Cleveland Avenue, where the adult female victim said 28-year old Brian Arbaugh of Hopkinsville had threatened to kill her if she called the police and then he left.
Arbaugh was located on Fourth Street and was arrested for intimidating a participant in the legal process, which is a Class D felony.
