Additional details have been released on a two-vehicle wreck Tuesday afternoon that sent a Cadiz man to a Nashville hospital.
The collision report from Hopkinsville Police says 42-year old Mark Wyatt of Cadiz was headed east on the Bypass when his small pickup entered the westbound lane for an unknown reason and struck a westbound flatbed truck operated by 33-year old Edwin Castillo of Hopkinsville.
Wyatt had to be extricated from his vehicle and was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, according to the report.
Castillo complained of injuries, but refused an ambulance ride to the hospital.
