A man accused of cutting his brother with a knife was arrested on West First Street in Hopkinsville late Friday night.
Officers responded to 506 West First about 10:45 p.m. and found 51-year old Jeffrey Wilkerson of Hopkinsville with a severe laceration to his left leg. Investigation led to the arrest of 56-year old William Wilkerson of Hopkinsville and his arrest citation says he cut his brother with a kitchen knife.
William Wilkerson was charged with second-degree assault and was lodged in the Christian County Jail.
