Hopkinsville woman arrested for DUI, meth

A traffic stop in Earlington Saturday night led to the arrest of a Hopkinsville woman for DUI and methamphetamine charges.

Kentucky State Trooper Cody Kromer stopped 29-year old Kristine Snyder of Hopkinsville for careless driving about 7:30 p.m. and a news release says she appeared to be under the influence.

She was arrested for DUI after performing poorly on field sobriety tests and a search of the car allegedly revealed drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine. She was additionally charged with meth and drug paraphernalia possession charges, careless driving, improper equipment and failure to maintain insurance.
