A Crime Stoppers fugitive of the week was arrested Thursday evening on Old Madisonville Road.
Officers located 28-year old Billy Lee Oliver at 8320 Old Madisonville Road about 5:15 p.m. and arrested him for felony probation violation, failure to appear in court and contempt of court.
Oliver was convicted in 2016 of methamphetamine possession and endangering the welfare of a minor.
