Fugitive arrested for warrants, meth possession

A Hopkinsville woman wanted on several outstanding warrants was arrested Thursday morning and is facing a new charge for methamphetamine possession.

Crime Stoppers received a tip that 20-year old Haley Pool, who was a fugitive of the week last month, was on the lot of the Christian County Justice Center. Sgt. Ed Eastman located Pool’s vehicle exiting the Justice Center parking lot and made a traffic stop.

Pool admitted to having a syringe in her possession and additional syringes and a baggie of meth were allegedly found in the vehicle and in her purse.

Pool was served with the warrants for probation violation and is additionally charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
