A medical issue may have contributed to a single-vehicle accident Saturday morning on Newstead Road that injured a Hopkinsville woman.
It happened just before 8:30 in the 10000 block of Newstead and Christian County Sheriff’s Captain Chris Miller says 30-year old Jasmine Wilson of Hopkinsville left the travel portion of the roadway and crashed into a cornfield.
She was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for minor injuries.
